Going on holiday is a need we all have and deserve after long periods of employment, but that does not mean we should leave aside the diet, since many people are stretched at the moment and to be out of each, ruin a thorough job they did to lose their extra kilos.
So if we are on holiday away from home consciousness that we look after we eat and not abuse of main dishes, or the delicious entrees, it is always best to consume a small portion, and the dish itself.
If you are passing is highly recommended that you eat a light snack like a granola bar, fruit or yogurt, one or two hours before going to lunch, to avoid getting too hungry and want to eat everything you serve.
Do not attend a free buffet, there are plenty of dishes, and the more variety of food you see, the more you will not set limits, if it has no other option, measure the portions that will consume, food record and make good choices before you put food on your plate.
If you are going to the beach or elsewhere, may seize and lead their own lunch box fruit or safe and healthy food, which will be much less expensive, and it certainly consume fewer calories than in a restaurant.
Do not drink alcohol and if you like some dessert, do not deprive yourself, but be moderate …. if you can share your portion with another person, that will help you consume less
